I wanted to share one of my favorite quick dishes I usually make once a week. This is just a quick Turkey Kielbasa and pepper stir fry I cook up in my wok pan. I personally like Hillshire Farms Polish Turkey Kielbasa, but you can use any kind. I generally chop up some sweet onions and some peppers, whatever I have. I just throw it all in a wok pan with some olive oil and McCormick Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning. I usually cover it for a few minutes so it heats all the way through.
This is a great low carb dish that fills you up and helps you get what my dietitian likes to say “get the colors of the rainbow” in for veggies. Let me know what you think!
