
This has been my favorite recipe of the summer for sure. It gave me about two years, and the flavor was AMAZING!
- 3 chicken breasts
- Fresh Basil
- 1 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
All I did was place the chicken into a marinating container, rip up some fresh basil, squeeze one lemon, add salt, pepper and olive oil. Shake it up, and let it marinate for 24 hours shaking occasionally. If you want smaller pieces you can cut the breasts in half.
To pair, on the side I cut up some Zucchini, Sweet Potato, and White potatoes – seasoned with salt. pepper, garlic, and olive oil. I like to cook mixes like this in some tinfoil on the grill. Very important! make sure you spray the tinfoil before you put the veggies in!
Then, grill the chicken till its cooked all the way through, I place the veggies packets on medium heat or a top rack if there is one and let it sit there till the chicken is done!
