Happy May Day! I get asked a lot about the products I use and I see a lot of other bloggers posting about their favorite products. One of my main focuses for my platform is to shed light on brands that do good and give back, because that is generally what I look for in brands I use.
However, I don’t structure all of my products on how big their CSR is. This post is NOT sponsored, and purly opinion on what I have found works best for me and what brands I use daily. So, lets get started!
I have written and entire post about this brand, I absolutely love it and everything it stands for. You can see my previous post here. I use their Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, and Bath Fizzers.
I have used multiple items from this brand in the past, but this by far is my favorite. I had precancerous cells removed earlier this year, so I decided to switch to products that do not have any ingredients linked to cancer, and aluminum is one of them. This products is aluminium free, paraben and sulfate free. It also works better than any other brand I have tried.
I have tried a few different types of deodorants. Again, I wanted something pure and free of aluminum given my recent health scares. I am not someone who typically sweats a lot, so I can get away with not using an antiperspirant. This smells amazing – my goto is usually the coconut and vanilla but right now I am using Cucumber Mint. It smells DEEEElicious!
I am the palest person I know, and if you are pale like me you know how hard it is to use self tanner. I couldn’t find my exact one (I am obviously not medium to dark tone) but I swear by Up&Up self tanner. You don’t get streaky orange. I do not use it every day, maybe 3 times a week – but it does make me look less casper-ish.
I recently went through one of those skin phases you go through as an adult where your skin rejects everything you use and decides to be difficult. I had switched most of my products to natural products (Raw Sugar Living) but I was still using chemical based face products. When my face decided to be difficult, I chose to switch to Pacifica’s Green Detox face products! (Face wash and Moisturizer) I have used this mask before and loved it so I decided to give it a try. It worked! I only have a few blemishes here and there. I need SPF like it is no bodies business and I do not wear a lot of make up, so I also chose to use their Coconut Probiotic Face Sunscreen and Lip Balm.
Argan Oil has such amazing benefits and I wanted the purest kind that wouldn’t break the bank. I love this one, I use it daily on the ends of my hair as well as my face when I have breakouts before I got to bed.
I love benefit! This foundation is so easy and light for every day use. I don’t wear makeup daily, usually only tinted primer. This I wear maybe once a week, and it just evens out your complexion. It does have SPF in it as well!
I have great natural lashes, my favorite blessing. The only problem is that they’re blond. I do get them tinted at a Benefit boutique, but this primer keeps them moisturized and helps my tint last about two weeks longer! I wear this almost every day, and I do not wear mascara unless I’m going out!
I drink a lot of coffee, and as a red head, have naturally more yellow in my teeth. This product doesn’t fully whiten your teeth, but just takes off the surface stains. If you are looking for a much whiter smile, I recommend Zoom Whitening. My mom is a dental assistant and everyone in her office swears by it.
Every woman reading this knows how hard it is to find a good razor that doesnt cost $1 Million. Well, I have found it! I love love love this brand and truly see them as the next best thing. They are super affordable and I feel like they work better than most popular brands.
These are the products that I use daily, and I love them. I have switched things up a lot over the years, but right now I am happy with what I have. Most of these are more “natural” than other brands with all the chemicals and gunk in them – I honestly feel so much better since I have made the switch!
