I have had a little bit of a plant obsession lately. If you follow me on Pinterest, you have seen. It all started with wanting to put eucalyptus in my shower. Eucalyptus is suppose to have a lot of purifying qualities when it comes in contact with shower steam. I did feel the difference, but then found out it was poisonous to cats and got rid of it immediately.
I loved having some green in my shower, it just felt so peaceful! So, I decided to add in another plant! Right now I have my aloe plant in there, but I also have another one in my room as well.
I recently re-potted my aloe plant and planted the plant above for work. I live in the city, so I am not about to carry around a bag of potting soil. I had this Miracal-gro Expand ‘N Grow Potting soil sent to my house so I could get enough when I go to plant my veggies too. It works better than you would Expect! If you live in the city I highly recommend it.
These hangers are the cutest and go with my boho-chic theme I have in my room right now. I was obsessed with them for months and finally ordered them when I found my aloe plant.
I am still trying to get the hang of having indoor plants and what I didn’t realize is that Aloe Plants need a lot of attention. My room does not get a lot of sun so I had to get a UV lamp for my little guy, I do like the one I purchased, but I wish I got one with a timer.
If anyone has plant advise, please send it my way! My poor little guys need more love, they are more complicated than Mogli!
